New Dress, New Me
Well I am excited to say that I received my new dress on Tuesday! I absolutely love it!
It is not entirely the colour we were expecting but I like it even better! It was made by Shauna Shield of Doire Dress designs. It needs to be taken out just a bit but I am in love with this dress more than I have been with any of my other 2 dresses.
This dress feels like the beginning og a new me! I am going to be getting a bun wig and it makes me feel so pretty and graceful, and regal! I just can't wait to wear it!

The run to Nationals
Hey,
I forgot I made this blog :)
But here I am now,
In November 2010 I went to my very first Oireachtas. I placed 21st and qualified for the North American Championships in Nashville TN in July 2011.
I have decided that I will post my journey for getting ready for nationals with you all.
Although it is April already!
This first post may be a little long because I have to catch up on everything :)
So after the Oireachtas I took some time to learn my new dances. I am now doing Reel and Hornpipe and Orange Rogue as my set dance!
I have now been to two more feis'
I went to one in Seattle WA the last weekend in March. I ended up getting 2nd which I was very surprised at.
After that I went to a competition last weekend and got 3rd.
I am happy that I have only been in Champ a year and have placed in nearly all my competition in championship. ( I only didn't place in the first two comps I went to)
I am awaiting a new dress any day now.
I have been having some comments about my shoulders lately and am hoping that my new dress will force my shoulders back more.
I will post when I get my new dress.
